With this renewed image we want to highlight the essence of Almansa Denomination of Origin Almansa wines.
This new label represents the map of our production area in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula and almost as a border of the Mediterranean Sea: our location could be defined as “a balcony of Castilla La Mancha overlooking the Mediterranean”, hence the differentiating character that makes us a privileged area for growing varieties such as our Garnacha Tintorera. Furthermore, in the new label of our D.O. Almansa, we maintain the tonalities of the label that remind us of our reds, rosés and whites.
What does remain unaltered in our brand as the main sign of identity is the image of Almansa´s castle, which represents this Denomination of Origin in all over the world.
Our president, Adolfo Cano, wanted to value this new image as a way of renewing and differentiating even more our D.O. Almansa, knowing that it is “our location on the edge of the Meseta, and almost our views of the sea that makes us a kind of “wine frontier” and this makes the production area where our vineyards sprout and are grown exceptional. D.O. Almansa is a frontier of flavors!
