Our wines will be protagonists in one of the most important events of the year for our DO Almansa. On Wednesday 12 May, our DO Almansa will hold, together with the consultancy firm Chinexita, a promotional event for Denominación de Origen Almansa in the Chinese city of Chengdu. In this event, our wines will be presented to importers in the Asian country in a masterclass.
The presentation will take place at the Kempinski Hotel in Chengdu. The event will last 4 hours and will start with a masterclass presented by the well-known local sommelier, Xu Shuai, who has a long experience as an educator and is the founder of the Pu Xiang Wine Training and Education Center.
In this way, importers and distributors interested in our wines will be able to contact our DO Almansa, accompanied by interpreters who will help them to communicate with our management in the best possible way.
The consultancy firm with which the event is being held, Chinexita, has ten years of experience in the promotion of international organisations in China. This company has already worked with other institutions in our region, such as the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha. As far as the wine industry is concerned, Chinexita has completed activities in China for both wineries and promotion institutes: grand tastings, road shows, participation in trade fairs, product presentations, point-of-sale presentations, etc. With all this, we are sure that this event, which will be held for the first time and completely online, will be a great success for our DO Almansa.
